To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

  4. Ship the Package: Send the item to the address provided by our team. Please note: You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

  5. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive the returned item, our team will inspect its condition. If the item meets our return criteria, we will process your refund or exchange.

3. Refunds

  • Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 2 business days following the receipt and inspection of the returned item.

  • Payment Method: The refund will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.
